The Cluston BeardMan

Status: SOLD In-process (plus S&H)  Sitting on the gulf of Mexico with the fish denying a bite, I started contemplating my next blade. I wanted something I would hesitate to sale because I would want to keep it. On a piece of paper, I roughly drew out the specifications which I later drew to a hard card stock. I had envisioned "The Beardman" I solid and beautiful knife incorporating steel, brass and a dense hardwood with exciting patterns.  It was a success. We accompanied this knife with a simple but bold dark brown sheath that accented the knife with the mottled dye finish.

This knife is made from 3/16th 1095 High Carbon Steel. This has a  surgically sharpened blade on a Lansky System at 25 degrees to maximize cutting and durability. A beautiful and functional art piece designed to be used and hold a sharp edge!

Includes handmade sheath with shape and fit designed specifically for this blade. The hand stitching is saddle stitched for durability.

This version is the Cluston Edition with custom ironwood handle and specially shaped bolster.
