The The Big Ka’Tuna ll is a monster of a blade that is made in the tradition of Asian tuna cleavers. This bold knife is made out of 8670 high carbon steel and a beautiful piece of stabilized maple burl from Siberia in Russia.
The knife features 1/4 inch thickness tapered down to a convex cutting edge that will quickly slice through large fish, including ribs, bone , beheading, and filleting a catch to maximize the meat cuts.
It is designed to chop , slice , fillet and scale a large fish in short order.
