The Squirrel River K-Tip Chef knife  is a generational knife made from forge welded 1084 and 52100 high carbon steel to form a beautiful Damascus. Features a Black Walnut and deer antler handle on this integrated bolster knife. This is an 13" culinary knife with a  razor sharp and hardened cutting edge. This blades HRC is file tested around 62. It's a good measure of hardness in a culinary knife. Made to tackle any job in the commercial or home kitchen. You will find that this is a sturdy tool that was made for the job.  

This blade was hand forged.

Includes nylon case.
